30-day returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags attached.

How to return

Email Snom.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return your item and place a new order for the correct size or style.
